Do This - Not That - for Your Dog’s Best Oral Hygiene

An effective oral hygiene routine needs to be done consistently and correctly.

For your dog’s overall safety and ultimate comfort, keep the following rules (below) in mind! Work with your vet in establishing your dog’s dental routine as early as possible.

DO THIS!

Use a child’s toothbrush or pet finger brush that is size-appropriate for your dog’s mouth.

DO NOT DO THIS!

Do not use any human dental product, including toothpaste, for your dog! ONLY use pet-specific products without alcohol or xylitol (a popular artificial sweetener) both of which are very toxic to our canine friends!

Do not wait to begin your dog’s oral care. It’s never too early to begin your pup’s oral routine to avoid serious dental and health issues.
