A Season of Gratitude
We at MobilityDog are overwhelmed with a sense of gratitude and joy for everyone who supported us in 2025. As we close out the year, we will be sharing accomplishments and successes of 2025, and our goals for 2026 and beyond.

Unforgettable Day Out at the Mark Tapper Forum
On Sunday, November 2, 2025, we all went on this delightful field trip together to catch Jaja's African Hair Braiding at the Mark Taper Forum. What a fantastic day it was!
Our in-person events are just such a wonderful chance for our Service Dog Teams and Service Dog Teams in Training (SDiT) to learn and grow. Getting out and exploring the world strengthens the bond between our Handlers and their Service Dogs. Being in a new environment, whether bustling or peaceful, builds teamwork, trust, and confidence.
This field trip was made possible through a generous grant from Los Angeles' 3rd District Supervisor Lindsey Horvath's office.
Our day's excitement kicked off with a Metro ride from Union Station to Grand Park Station.
Many first-time Metro-Link and Metro Riders, many first-time downtown explorers. The SD/SDiT Teams, after this experience with MobilityDog, will be exploring more adventures using the Metro and downtown wonders. Los Angeles is a beautiful city!
From there, we embarked on a 6-mile Walk-N-Roll, eventually arriving at The Music Center.
We all shared a delicious lunch at Albernethy's Restaurant in the Jerry Moss Plaza. They welcomed the 30 of us, plus 10 Service Dogs. Highly recommend!
Then, handlers and pups alike enjoyed the show, with more snacks and good company before heading back home.
Reflections of our 7th Year
Happy Birthday MobilityDog! Our seventh anniversary celebration was a success for both dogs and humans. The event took place on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at the Western Justice Center's historic Maxwell House in Pasadena, a venue well-suited for community gatherings.
Celebrating Together -So Much Gratitude
The celebration brought together the MobilityDog community, including Service Dogs, Service Dogs-in-Training Teams (SDiT), volunteers, supporters, and newcomers interested in the organization's work.
MobilityDog thanks everyone who contributed to making the seventh anniversary celebration a success,
including volunteers, Arroyo High School Key Club, the Board of Trustees, and all community members and donors who support the organization's mission.
